Kanál uživatele Deirones from Czech has a website that publish the motor construction with magnets. However, I have not been able to produce the similar effect. The is no sufficient info on the pole of the magnet. But remembering Hamel motor effect, there is a tendency of having a vortex at the center with all north pole pointing inside. This is the closest theory that I can think of.

Kromrey device - Alternator
Kromrey Device could be an alternator for car use. It needs 4 poles rather than 3 pole which typically being used in alternator. The gap between the two coils is where the energy comes in. The stator must not be magnetic. It is very tempting to use 12V fan to become Kromrey device. But one has to aware that it should not have the magnetic flux from the magnet to loop back. Perhaps making 2 pole fan would be better.

Adding Battery
I hooked up the AC source to the base and emitter of MJ21194 transistor. The collector is connected to the positive polarity of 12V 7Ah lead acid battery. The negative polarity of the battery to the positive side of coil B. The receiver side of coil B has no load connected. The power blow up the LED at the transmitter side of coil B. Note: There is no return ground to the AC source and the coil B negative polarity. Hooking up too long does not blow up the second LED but the 0 ohm resistor is putting out smoke.
My intention is to pump the battery without killing the dipole and observe battery does not die out.
